Other - I don't take any precautions, and I don't get yeast infections.

I eat yogurt every day whether I'm taking antibiotics or not. I have never heard of yogurt tampon, and I'm not convinced.

I've only had one yeast infection, and I was pregnant taking antibiotics for an ear infection, so it as a double whammy to end up with one...
It's been almost 5 years since and haven't had one since.. I've taken antibiotics for bronchitis and such since then and nada.

I can't eat yogurt, so I'm considering taking the probiotic. I just haven't gotten around to getting some yet
