Not for me, it can be a distraction. Of course, there are times when we're watching tv or a movie and get distracted from that by sex (and don't bother turning it off) but I usually prefer no TV on.

We never intentionally leave it on. If we are watching tv and get distracted it stays on because we can't be bothered to turn it off.

I think it is bad for intimacy to leave it on. I don't even have a tv in the bedroom because I feel like it should be a place for intimacy and relaxation. I have very strong feelings on this subject.

It is almost always on, but not always. Sometimes there is porn on there which can add to the fun.
