Can't answer either, its comparing oranges to apples. One had many long TV series the other not. Both had at least 6 movies and both had well defined characters. Nope, if there was a BOTH option that's what I would have chosen.

I grew up on Star Trek being the son of a Trekkie but I had also seen the Star Wars movies several times and enjoyed both even if Trek was around more.
