I've heard of this film, and I simply couldn't believe what I was hearing. Could you help me, please? Does the actor(s?) really perform acts of necrophilia and paedophilia? Or was it simulated?

I'm pretty sure the dead bodies, the baby and kid weren't real, but I just need to make sure. less

About A Serbian Film;

This movie's basically a jab at cinema being boring and predictable. It's also a sort of 'fuck you' to Serbian cinema in general being geared towards being politically correct instead of being quality. That being said, all the effects in it are just that - effects.

As with every horror movie, the gore and the death and the newborn scene are all fake in the sense that they didn't really have the guy kill and fuck a girl, and they didn't actually do the whole 'newborn porn' thing ( the baby was very obviously a dummy if that makes you feel any better! ) and the rape was also not real. Special effects everywhere!

Don't worry - none of the acts were actually a real thing or this film wouldn't still be floating around for sale at places like Target. XD

All in all, it's a pretty good piece of cinema IMO ( the whole thing's a gigantic mindfuck, but I can appreciate the meanings behind it ), but most people will probably find the content objectionable on some level, even if it's not actually a real thing that's happening.

The Human Centipede was just disturbing and for some reason I still watched the 2nd one, more disgusting but not as disturbing as the 1st. I like a good revenge movie but Irreversible left me feeling weird for days. Those are the only ones that have REALLY disturbed in a way I don't enjoy. I love horror and thrillers but those were just too messed up. The Eye, the foreign version, not the American version has been the first movie to scare me since I was a kid. The American version was pathetic. less

Have you ever watched a movie and wished you hadn't, not because it was bad but for another reason? The two that come to mind for me are "The Ring" and "Where the Wild Things Are". I didn't think either movie was outright bad but I felt "The Ring" left me with no hope and "Where the Wild Things Are" felt extremely depressing. I don't even like to think about either movie. less
