I've only had fried turkey once, but it was so freaking amazing. I wouldn't personally fry a turkey, though. It scares me.

I have only have oven baked turkey before I believe, I never make it. I'm not a turkey person anyway I eat ham for thanksgiving.

Deep fried is my favorite, followed by smoked. I don't have anything against oven baked but you never know if it's going to be juicy or on the dry side while we have yet to have one of our deep fried birds turn out anything but juicy.

I don't think I've ever had it prepared any way except oven baked so that's my favorite I guess.

My mom has all sorts of tips for making it extra juicy too...I plan on using those tips myself someday.
