If you're talking about the over-commercialization of holidays, yes, it's really annoying. But Thanksgiving is a joke, anyway. It's celebrating, what exactly? Colonization of the Americas by white people as we slaughtered everyone and gave them diseases and forced them onto reservations and broke every promise we ever made? My attitude toward Thanksgiving is: if you want to eat turkey with your family, whatever. Just don't botch history. Know the brutal truth.
Do you care about Christmas making Thanksgiving invisible?

I don't care for Thanksgiving as it celebrates genocide.
And I don't much care for Christmas as it's intent has been long forgotten.
Yeah, and you damned kids get the hell off my lawn!!!!

I voted "kinda-don't care" because I'm in Canada and our Thanksgiving is earlier than yours. So I used that poll option as "other"

I don't care either way.

Well I like Thanksgiving much more than Christmas. One of the things I like about it is that it isn't so commercialized. I would rather focus on being grateful than the material aspects of presents. I agree though that the time Christmas is promoted in stores is way too long!
