The number of cards we send, and get, has dropped every year for a long time. A few years back we both sent cards to all family and everyone we worked with, over 200 cards, all hand addressed. This year, we are sending one each to the grandparents. Everyone in the family will get a holiday wish on Facebook, or an e-Card. It has become just too expensive and cumbersome to mail cards to everyone.

Are you sending out a bunch of "real" holiday cards?

I always mail holiday cards. I think it's a nice little something extra to do for people. I sometimes add pictures.

No, I don't typically send them. I bought them and forgot to mail them too many times, so I stopped wasting my money.

I usually get the 'leftovers' when my Mom is done with the box and would send them to friends. As my friend roster is now getting smaller, I'm just sending one out this year: My girlfriend. <3

I send out cards but don't get many back. I used to send out 50-100 cards. Not as many people seem to do it anymore.

I collect cards and postcards. I'm sending out about 60 this year. A lot of my relatives and friends are not on facebook or other social media...and regardless, it's a personal way to wish them all the best once a year.
