Anything besides them/they would make me kind of uncomfortable. It seems to bring more attention to it than its worth

I use they/them/theirs but since that's not grammatically correct, I like to go with Futurama's idea.
"Instead of 'he' or 'she,' we are to use the word 'shklee.' And instead of 'him' or 'her,' we are to use the word 'shklim,' or 'shkler.'" ;

Actually singular they is grammatically correct.

I knew someone who used Spivak pronouns, and I enjoy the way those sound, but it's not like the way I feel about the sound of pronouns is going to influence which ones I use. It's up to the person I'm talking about.

I use ey/em/eirs for myself but I can deal with they/them if it is easier for people to remember

I got really excited because I didn't look at the category in which this was posted and thought that this was a thread about languages with a specific neutral gender, like German. I am unfortunately boring and just use "they/them/their" unless someone makes a specific request (which I have yet to have happen).

I go with they/them/theirs (unless of course I am asked to use a different set of pronouns), as pretty much every english speaker probably understands those. And I've actually never heard any of the other options said out loud, I've only read them, so I'm confused about how I would go about pronouncing some of them :x
