I think size does matter sometimes,all woman are different and their needs are different also. Some woman need more penetration then others and for those woman yes size does matter. I'm a fairly short man with an avg/smaller penis. Every partner I've ever had has been completely satisfied, to my knowledge any way. I've been fortunate enough to learn how to use what I've got to make up for being smaller. I'd say it's definitely the motion of the ocean that counts for me any way. However, I do know some women are focused on guys that have a huge penis. Somehow this has always made me feel inferior to some degree, so I guess that is what made me learn to use what I have.
