I love orgasms! Even when they're incredibly intense and I'm wondering how I can stand it, they're never outright painful.

I've never had pain with an orgasm. It's always pleasurable, but sometimes leading up to it is more intense than the release because then it's over at some point haha

I've pulled leg muscles and gotten cramps from that before. Otherwise, not really. Sometimes my clit is too sensitive to stimulate though, but that's not the orgasm itself.

While I've never felt actual pain during an orgasm, I do sometimes feel a little queasy afterwards. And for me, g-spotting can sometimes be so intense as to be actually unpleasant.

i guess if a cramp occurs during orgasm it can be painful.

When it gets too intense my reaction is to punch something. It gets to the point where it's so uncomfortable that I become angry. Sometimes it's not worth it.

This of course is when it's mostly a full body orgasm. I've had one though, a few weeks back that was great. I was shaking for a very long time after the session. It was amazing!
