My mom had my little sister...and it was video taped. Where do babies come from? Pop in the VHS. How babies are made? A boy told me when I was about 5. I didn't need any more info, for awhile.

I never was flat out told. However, if I asked my mom a question, she always answered honestly. My neighbors were a family of 4 boys, so they would tell me things and I would ask my mom if it was true.

My parents didnt teach me anything! So imagine my shock when I went to birthing classes for my first and got educated on birthing a baby!! Had I been shown an epidural before that I wouldve never gotten pregnant!! lol

They didn't. I remember them making an incredibly awkward attempt at it once that lasted about 10 seconds and didn't actually clear anything up for me. I learned more from Sexual Education class in school than I did from them.

My mother explained it rather poorly and I still didn't really understand it after she explained it and even used a book with diagrams. Would love to be a fly on the wall now to watch that conversation again.
