There definitely should have been an "other" option here. I voted "tacky" because I think it is a bit stupid to tattoo one's dick.
In general I love tattoos, but there seems to be way too many reasons not to tattoo your manhood. Someone else mentioned possible injury. Is it really worth possible being sexually handicapped for the rest of your life? Not to mention that shit is going to HURT, stupid! Then there is the fact that for most guys there is not a lot of canvas area there to work with. Even if you are huge, what are you going to tattoo there? The fucking Eiffel Tower?? Then there is a problem with distortion. Your tat is either going to stretch out or shrivel up depending on your state of arousal. That will look REAL good... But if someone really wants to do it, go for it, but don't come crying when your lady (or guy) can't have sex with you any more because they can't stop laughing.

I'm ok with genital tattoos, but they have to be GOOD ones. Well, any tattoo anywhere has to be good for me to be alright with it haha, people get the tackiest shit way too often. I've seen some beautiful genital tattoos before, I don't think I'd get any personally but I don't hate them!

As in all tattoos, I think it's the tattoo itself and its quality, not the location. However, I've seen some tattoos on or near the vagina that are real turn ons.
