Thanks for the advice!

Ive had a couple of toys that this has happened to. = ( However, rather than just throw them out, I cleaned up the inside and just use them as dildos now.

Ive heard if you take out your batteries after playing, it will help.

I leave my rechargeable batteries in my favourite toys all the time. I use to use normal batteries but haven't had any leak.

I've never had one leak acid before. I had to throw out a rabbit recently because the motor died no more vibrations, no rotations even with brand new batteries. I never really liked it that much anyway because the clit stimulator never worked for my clit, it was to short and not stiff enough.

A few of my others I threw out because they were no longer used and made of porous materials.

Never happened. I use rechargeables but don't have enough of them for all toys. Usually they sit in my favorites that get used often. I almost never masturbate in the shower and the air is dry in this part of the country so the only moisture they touch is water during cleaning.

One toy was ruined thru battery leakage. I used to always leave batteries in my toys but as my collection increased, the demand for workable batteries just became too expensive, so now I remove the batteries from most of my toys.

I've had this happen but not with sex toys thankfully. It was a mess so I don't dare leave the batteries in my toys.

When this has happened to me, it's always been because of leaving batteries in a toy for a very long time without use, such as a year.

Wow, I don't think I'd dare clean up a toy after battery leakage.
