I'm glad that my parents chose to leave the decision of what to do with my foreskin up to me; I remember the (admittedly awkward) conversation during my childhood where my dad explained why my penis looked different than his, and that it was up to me whether I wanted to have the operation. It was unthinkable to me then, as it remains now, why anyone would want to cut off such a sensitive body part (barring religious beliefs, obviously). I don't have any problems with hygiene, and my wife has never had any complaints.
Honestly, the only downside I've experienced to being uncut was some mild teasing in the locker room for looking different from what was "normal" (although I find that term laughable, since "normal" in this context is surgically-altered). If the percentages of circumcised boys were reversed, of course, then I probably would have been the asshole making fun of someone else for being incomplete. Kids are jerks.
