Most people probably like a balance, but what is the first thought that pops into your head - Do you tend to be more sensual or rougher in your sex play?

I like a balance but I realized that I am more into rough play to some degree. I like to dress up, talk dirty and give my paddle a good work out. But there are times when I just want to be sensual.

I had to say "other" because I'd say I like it "rough" about 45% of the time but then I like it sensual 45% of the time and about 10% of the time I like something different, kinky, like exhibitionism (only the idea of being caught), games, etc.

I voted other. Like Alan & Michele or should I say just Michele, I too am having crazy hormones and my hubby never knows what to expect. Other than the fact that I'm horny about 90% of the time.

And I agree with Sugar Pirates formula for sex. LOL!!!!

I chose "other" because I like it all kinds of ways. Yes, I have a major fetish for getting it fast and rough, choking and hair-pulling included. But I have had some of my best orgasms from that slow, deep, sensual sex you get when you feel really close to somebody. I was inclined to vote for rough play but reality is based on how I feel at the time. At times so sensual that I don't recognize myself.
Early am sex is usually sensual and somewhat fast. I can't wake up to a major energy bout. Obviously, time is a major factor.

Although I lean more for the sensual side, it's not always a case of either/or. Sometimes we may start off one way and end up another.

I agree with Backseat about how great the "slow, sdeep, sensual sex" can be, as well as the playful angle.

To me, sex is like food. You can't just eat pizza all day every day. It gets pretty boring. I like to vary it up. A bit rough here, more sensual there. I do tend to get into moods where I want just rough or just sensual though, but I think overall they balance each other out.

I'm not sure. I'm not really sensual, but I don't like it rough either. I'm just a business kinda person? Lol, I don't know. Either that or plain silly and having gigglefits that leave me coughing like crazy because I can't breathe. Because I either want it quick or I wanna be a tease, lol.

It has always depended on my partner and they type of relationship I have with him/her. With some, there is a strong dom/sub dynamic and roughness is a natural result. With others, it's natural to be less rough and more sensual. I like it both ways.

I voted rough but really it depends. Most of the time it is rough and intense without using SM.

But as someone else mentionned it often starts playful and ends up rough. But every time we do it, it is different.
