I'll go first. Overall I am very satisfied with my body but I would like to lose a few pounds around the midsection. Big surprise there, a guy pushing thirty with a bit of a tummy!!!

I would change a few things, like getting rid of an inch here and there. But overall, I'm fairly happy with mine

I love everything, most of the time. There are times I wish I could change certain things, be taller, have a bigger cup size, fit my jeans differently, but overall, at the end of the day, I'm really happy with what I have

I love my body, and I am happy with my body, but there are things (obviously) that need to be changed about it.

I smoked for years, had poor eating habits and almost no self-control with chocolates. I grew up without dental insurance and went about 15 years w/o a dentist visit.

there's a list...but I know things aren't irreversible and changes can be made.

Yes, I'd like a sporty new model with very low miles, sleek lines, natural red on the hood (and differential), and is hell on wheels.

My body has to different versions depending on how active I've recently been. Version one is me going to the gym everyday, being about 10-15 pounds lighter, and being able to run three miles no problem. Version two is me getting really stressed at school, gaining weight, and being so exhausted that I have very little time to exercise. When I'm going to the gym regularly I tend to eat better and overall feel better, plus being slightly lighter makes me feel more confident about my body.

After 55 years you've got to expect a few issues - no serious complaints.

My body is imperfect, and there are a lot of things about it that I'm less than fond of BUT I wouldn't change anything about it. I love it for all of its flaws. I have bad days where I feel really shitty about my body but in the end it's a blessing and I show it love every time I can <3

This is a great attitude to have. You can always make the best out of your situation. It's never too late to start being kind to your body.

My mother grew up in a family of 13 kids and they were really poor. We were definitely poor for a while when I was growing up but my mother made she we had health insurance even if we didn't eat. She had no dental growing up and she cries sometimes because she thinks her mouth is ugly. She eventually got a ton of gold fillings but there's still a lot of work to be done before she can be pain and problem free. It breaks my heart because I love her more than anything, and it's one of the major reasons that I believe health care should be universal.

I should also mention that I took this OP's question in a cosmetic way. I didn't think of it in terms of health. I have a few needling health problems that will probably always exist, so I suppose in an ideal world I would get rid of those. In terms of cosmetic stuff, I stand by my previous statement!

I'd love to change the fact that I have PCOS (Poly-Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) and imbalanced hormones. I would love to trade my whacky hormones and irritable uterus for ones that functioned properly. Oh, and ovaries too. Other than that, I would change my weight and I'm working on that for my health, not for vanity.

I really like my body at the moment . I was starting to feel a bit bad about myself when I put on a bit of extra weight, but on the upside it has created a lot more curves and now I'm having fun working with them. My ass and thighs are generally are bigger no matter how much I weigh, and when I'm not feeling good about myself in general, they seem huge and unsexy. I often start to feel bad about my body image when I'm ill or when I realise that I'm not as fit as I used to be, but it never gets out of control.

Largely and above I do love my body, but I could do without a lot of my health issues.

Overall, I am satisfied with my body. At times, I wish I had a C cup instead of a B but my boobs are not in the way when I work out or run. Thankfully no major health issues except when I was on hormonal birth control.

TO be fair if your ovaries and uterus were regulating your hormones properly you'd probably not have a weight or health problem. That syndrome is a bitch to live with and there isn't much that can be done to alleviate the symptoms.

Personally I would tone, tighten and strengthen my body to avoid the diabetes and heart disease that plague my family. I want to be there when my son is in his teenage years...and beyond!

Cosmetically I would have a breast reshaping to more properly match my left breasts to my right (it's a full cup size larger) but that's so that I can comfortably wear a bra and relieve the chronic neck pain. It would help my posture as well. I've heard there is a massage regime that can reduce your breast up to 2 inches I have been wanting to try and maybe that will do the trick. Avoiding surgery and all the things that can go wrong seems like a win/win situation to me. I love my breasts and don't want to lose sensitivity so I dunno I have found that the bra strap clips they sell at Walmart do ease the problem distributing the weight more evenly so it's not a huge issue anymore.

I remind myself when I start to get down on my body that two men are totally in love with it and they have exquisite taste in most every aspect of their lives, why would this one be different? They have both told me that if I want to improve my body tone, and health they are all for it but if I choose to stay just as I am they will still want me passionately.

I love my shape and in the end, I love most everything most days. I love having the body of a woman and everything that goes along with that. I have bad days like we all do because no one is perfect, but it doesn't take long to remind myself of that and my friends and boyfriend won't let me forget that I'm beautiful either. Some days I wish I was taller, but that is what my 6 inch heels are for. In the end, there is NOTHING I would change about my body unnaturally
(e.g. plastic surgery) that I wouldn't later regret.

I used to struggle with my body quite a bit. Out of my entire family, I'm the self-proclaimed fat kid. No woman in my family is over a size 6, if that, and I'm a size 14 and there has always been more to me than I saw on the positive women role models in my life. Now that I'm grown and for years have been blogging about feminist issues and body image and the media's interjection into our everyday lives and how we see ourselves, I couldn't love my body more because it is mine and I love every curve, stretch mark and little bit of jiggle I have.

I would love to not have serevere irritable bowel syndrom that keeps me in the toilet all day before I work. I'd love to be able to leave the house any time I wished rather than feel ill and running in the toilet 10 times a day. then I'd learn to drive and drive myself to the gym everyday. I'd like to be 10 maybe 15 lbs lighter and a size 3. I'm 5ft. 3.5 so that seems about right with an athletic body..

Irritable bowel is horrible, I'm so sorry you have to live with that. My partner has it and my ex has Crohn's Disease, so I've seen people go through daily hell with that.

And I don't know how to drive either, so you're not alone there!

I voted that I love my body. Mainly because I think as humans you must first love yourself before anyone else can. It has taken all 33yrs of my life to be able to truly say it and mean it.
That being said, sure I would love to have my boobs raised up and be perky and have lasiks so I didn't have to mess with glasses anymore. But, those are just petty things and there's a reason we have push ups and contacts.

I'm slowly falling more and more in love with my body. It's been a long time in the making--ever since before entering college I've always been labeled as 'plain' or 'fat' or 'ugly' by classmates (middle school was the worst) or 'weird'. But after getting into college and after being told time and time again by my boyfriend that he thinks I'm beautiful and then after reading more and more essays by inspirational people all over the blogosphere, I've started to realize that I don't need to worry about what other people think.

I'm taking care of my body the best I can, I try to eat healthy, I've been going to the gym everyday (a bit harder now that I"m out of the country for a bit). I'm starting to love my body. Love my hair, love my eyes, love my legs and my hips. There are a few places that I'd like a few inches off (tummy) and a few inches on (breasts) but I'm believing my boyfriend more and more when he tells me that he likes everything: my tummy and my breasts.

Hopefully someday I'll be able to think that without needing reassurance from him too.

I think if I could magically push up my boobs and flatten this mama hips out a bit I would 100% okay. But hell, that is what kids do to us. It's a part of life. I think I can deal. And the man seems to like everything

I love my body and it's serving me very well. I'd change minor things if it were no effort and I wanted to be more perfect, but I wouldn't actually work at it or do it if there were consequences, so, I obviously don't want it that much.
