Nope. I have only had my exes and husband available for practice. I am a firm believer in talking during any sexual act. Well, while I am going down it is really more them talking than me, never talk with your mouth full. I tell my man to tell me what he wants because every guy I have been with is different. I'm planning on buying one. It's really not so much about the actual technique of oral so much as practicing gag reflex and if you have any jaw issues (like for me, I have issues with my jaw so I've looked up some tips and would like to practice them.)
