I used to love it but after having my tonsils removed by gag reflexes went crazy and have never been the same. I gag brushing my teeth. It's super lame, and it makes sucking dick a lot harder and less enjoyable, for what I think are pretty understandable reasons. I've been working on it though, in the hopes I'll be able to tame the reflexes after however long. I miss just being able to go at it.

That said, pre and post surgery, giving head has always been one of the more personal things for me. I can always tell whether my wife is enjoying herself or not. I hate it when it's the latter, since the disparity between my emotional and physical enjoyment of the moment leaves me feeling conflicted and self-loathing.
