I thought about using my finger at the same time. What I had in mind was her in 69 position over me - she's on top. Then with 2 hands free I would use a dildo and provide oral stim with my mouth, and I would use a free finger in her bottom. She may not like this, as she is easily turned off by 'too much stimulation'. But it may be worth a try one day - maybe she'd love it!
