Slow give better orgasms, but sometimes dirty and quick is best if I'm trying to relax for sleep or menstrual cramps. I used to be able to come so quickly that I would make him slow down and do something else, so that I could put it off for a while.

Generally I like to get to orgasm quicker because otherwise my hand and arm get tired, or I become a little sleepy. I am working on taking my time though because I am noticing it really improves them
