By myself I am very quiet. I'm found of autoerotic asphyxia but I don't use external means, just me cutting entierly my breathing for relatively long periods of time. So that doesn't make me quite noisy. I do however make an effort on releasing my breath with my partner so he actually can hear me. Releasing my breath makes me moan/grunt/scream.
