Like HornyAlways, I am also 70 and have been plugging and stuffing for years, in my case more like 30 or so! My first "dildo" was a cut down whiffle ball bat (sorry kids!) and from there they only got bigger both in length and girth. The longest dildos I've used were DJ's Anal Intimidator, Belladonna's Magic Hand and Belladonna's Bitch Fist. The girthiest dildos I used have been EF's Girthy Giant and KC's Chubby, the latter being a bit thicker than the former. The Chubby, which I only recently have been able to take, is about 3 inches in diameter and 9.5 inch in circumference. Having discovered that I prefer girth over length my goal now is to be able to take a 10 inch circumference dildo and/or plug in my hole. That I think will be my limit, but you never know!

Like AH, I have never had a problem from my anal self-pleasuring with incontinence as I have learned that the anal muscles are very resilient and quickly resume their normal tightness after being exercised, even for many hours at a time (although there is a certain degree of residual muscle memory). It is their muscle memory, after all, which allows the anal muscles to take repeated exercising and to take longer and especially girthier objects over time.

If you don't rush things and proceed at a gradual pace, allowing your anal sphincters and internal muscles to get gradually accustomed to taking longer and girthier objects over time, you'll probably be happily surprised at the sizes you may be able to accommodate!
