I've never had the urge to go during anal sex, but I usually end up going five to ten minutes after finishing anal sex. I guess all the stimulation gets things "moving".

I wouldn't say that it makes me poop, but it does make it easier. Most of the time it's really not all that much (maybe just a small pellet or two), and usually only if he drops back there.

Sometimes my anal play makes me poop. Doesn't really bother me. I just play in the tub if I haven't had an enema or a movement to clean things out a bit before play.
