#EdenUpdate - Please Report Any Recent Issues!!!

Hey guys, I don't mean to sound like a broken record here. But, it's really super important that you either a) submit a support ticket with all of the relevant information like browser, links to reviews you were working on, etc. or b) send that information to me. if you are experiencing an issue anywhere on the site.

I'm running all over the forum trying to track down these issues in various threads and then I have to ask you what your browser is and all of that jazz and it just delays the process.

Please, I am begging you all...please stop starting forum threads on site issues - even if you think it's a minor issue, even if you think it's only affecting you, report it directly to me or via support ticket. I have a direct line of communication with the people responsible for the site functionality.

I need the following information via private message or email at stormy@edenfantasys.com:

- What browser you are using (Firefox, Safari, IE, etc.)

- Links to the pages you are experiencing issues with.

- As much detail as humanly possible to describe the problem. The more the better, even if you think it's the most trivial detail it might be the key that unlocks the door to the solution.

I have a $53.99 order for the pink Couture Inspire with attachments that's on sale today and today only and when I go to choose the free shipping it pops up a message that we ship to DomesticRemoteLocation addresses with USPS Priority for $7.99. This happens on the Tablet using Safari and the PC using IE. The thing is last week I ordered something right at $35 and was able to get SurePost for free so I want to be able to get my shipping for free. Of course, my cell-phone battery is out of charge so I can't call in the order, but I want to get this today.

Try removing the last four digits of the zip code and see if that works.

Yep... I have had the same issue. Apparently the site was updated recently, and a bunch of new "domestic remote locations" were added by UPS. I did submit a help ticket about it, and I was pretty much told that there was nothing that could be done about it.

I able to get UPS shipping prior to this upgrade, but now the new upgrade means that I don't qualify for free shipping because UPS considers my zip code to be a remote location.

I can't use the "Send as Gift" feature. When I get to the checkout and click "continue" it just sends me back to the main page. It's been doing this over two weeks. I'm on Firefox.

Yes. I've had issues on EF for two days. I posted in the forum yesterday about the first issue where the review wouldn't save, but would take me to the EF home page. Also, all night last night EF would not pull up. I'd get an error message. Forgot what it said though. Bad something another. I'll private messsage you, but thought I'd post it here as well.

I would much rather you guys send me a private message or email than post it on the forum; this is something Fred has asked me to personally handle and posting the info on the forum in a thread and/or starting a thread on an issue only delays the process.

However, we had an update in the middle of the night. Everything should be working now, if you're still having issues send me a private message please!
