my impressions:

[The Good]
I like the rainbow and the graphic design with with the couple
I like the photos and vid of actual reviewers - although these could be visually brighter

[The Iffy]
a little long
the stock images and cutting seem a little too much like a powerpoint presentation
and take away from the core message - get good photos taken of real customers/reviewers

[Changes I'd Make Were It My Project]
Trust is THE number one issue. So I 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th what everyone was mentioning about the discrete packaging and make that a visual.

Most importantly I'd break it down into a series of vids covering themes under the "umbrella of trust."

30 sec videos concise videos by topic -- also you'd then be better able to test out which vids yielded the greatest results.

1. You can trust Eden Fantasys because of our discrete packaging (image of box maybe a sexy delivery man handing over a brown paper package? -- in the rain - she's under a pink or green umbrella?)

2. You can trust Eden Fantasys because we offer honest reviews from real people.

3. You can trust Eden Fantasys because we will educate you about toy material safety.

and the other viewpoints too -- you can make one for gay men, for BSDM, for lesbians, for the disabled, audio option for the deaf and really address each area of concern a particular demographic may have). I think it would be great to let the viewer/customer be able to self select what messages they'd like to see/hear.

(I also like the visual/semiotic metaphor of the umbrella in the graphic design element ... I think that could be a good reassuring metaphor that could be carried throughout the vids) Heck, if made green and pink Eden's Fantasys Umberellas I'd use one.

I'd also be interested in a short vid like "Why do I shop at Eden's Fantasys?"

for me:
1. the site isn't plastered with random porn stars
2. sweet product photos
3. holistic, playful, inclusive concept (Although I have to say, the flesh lite "the best part" banner grosses me out - it must be effective for it's audience though)
