The delivery calculator worked for me twice this week -- both packages arrived on time, one from UPS and one from the post office. I'm quite pleased. My post office has a high failure rate with meeting delivery dates on all tracked packages I receive, while UPS is like clockwork, so I do have this suggestion -- perhaps the delivery calculator needs to give a range of dates for the post office. Many folks are not aware that Priority Mail isn't actually promised in 2 days, but rather "estimated" in 2 or 3 days. Other than that, I like the calculator very much.

I love that you have this feature and how quick you guys are about shipping. I've ordered from Adam & Eve before since I'm in the same state I expected it be here in a day or two. It took over a week for my stuff to arrive, they might as well have sent it via carrier pigeon. When I lived in DE you packages arrived the next day if I ordered in the early morning, it was the best thing ever, it's still here in 2 business days so awesome none the less.

The 'if you order by time XX:XX' is generally wrong in my experience. For example, I ordered a couple toys on Thursday and added a couple smaller items to get free next day shipping. I placed the order before the due time and was told I'd get my package Friday, which was awesome because I was going out of town for the weekend. Checked the mail on Friday, UPS had already come and my package had not, later in the day I get a notification that my package had just shipped. Now I wait...worthless next day shipping...

I've never had a problem, and it's been accurate. The only time my shipment was later than expected was when there was a snowstorm on Thanksgiving, which was in no way EF's fault.

I think it's really simple to use, just not especially accurate.

I've never had a problem understanding it. Then again, I've never really ordered anything that I really needed for a certain day so the order calculator hasn't been a huge priority for me.

I've noticed with my last few orders that when I order on a Saturday, the delivery date calculator says the order will ship on Monday, but it never actually ships till Tuesday.

I always thought it was clear and easy to use.

The past two times I have ordered I've ordered UPS ground and I've ordered it by 6 and it does not get shipped on that same day.

It's useless if it isn't accurate. Plus, I am in GA and ATL is about 45 minutes from me.

The delivery calculator has always been accurate when I've used it.
