I am actually only hearing back from a few of the participants and no one is really joining in here on the forum or asking any questions so...
Not sure what to do with this, you guys. Interest seems to have faded fast.
I am getting journals from a few people who are totally awesome but, for the most part...

I personally think this is still great information to have around even if this forum didn't get a ton of interest. Maybe we could just have 3 SexIs articles, 1 with all of the female participants journals, 1 with all the male and 1 with all the trans*? It would be sad to see the journals go to waste!

Post a comment on this thread and ask the authors questions about kegeling, toys, the health benefits our volunteers observe, etc. The second way to get involved is to kegel along with us. If you've got a toy (from reviewing, or buying it on your own, or whatever) use it. If not, kegel without one. Every Friday, participants will submit their journal entries for the week. The following Monday, we'll post a thread with excerpts from their entries. And then we'll ask you to post excerpts from your own journals on the thread. DetailsTo give everyone ample time to receive their tool, we'll begin kegeling together on Friday, March 15th. Participants will keep the workout schedule listed below. They will write a journal entry on all workout days and submit the week's entries to me (rayne@edenfantasys.co m) every Friday starting March 22nd. (This goes for those of you participating on the forum, too!) Workout ScheduleFirst and second week:Participants will kegel Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with or without a tool, respectively. To do this, participants will flex their kegel muscles (the muscles you use to start and stop the flow of urine) for 5-10 seconds, rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this 10 times. Third and fourth week:Participants will kegel Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with or without a tool, respectively. To do this, participants will flex their kegel muscles for 10-20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this 10 times. I just submitted my final journal update! For those on the forum:
While I did notice a bit of a difference between strength of my muscles, the main difference was the control I had of what muscles I squeezed. I could squeeze around something without having to contract all of the muscles in the entire lower region of my body, which was pretty cool.
Unfortunately I didn't notice much change in my orgasm strength.
