Not surprisingly, a lot of people agree with you on that point. I live in Indiana, and before that statement was made, the two candidates were tied in the polls. Now, several weeks later, the opposing candidate has almost a 10 point lead.

For the first time in a long time, I'm nervous about the election. I just don't trust anything Romney says. Though, I am glad that the campaigns haven't really centered around religion or personal attacks on character as much as they have centered around ineptness and failed policy.

I'm voting for Obama

It's very scary!

Voted for Obama! Women's health is an issue of the economy and anything else is backwards progress.

Roe V Wade was a landmark decision that impacted worldwide politics, and anyone wanting to overturn/disregard it should be courting the wrath of every woman, in my opinion.
I am terrified that there are women who support Romney, even if they themselves are pro-life. How can you support a man who wants to bring women back to the 1950s? Don't even get me started on his wife.
Oh, I could go on for ever on these people, the voting-machine-buying son as well. And I am an animal rights activist, so... I will stop here less

Women's health care played a huge role for me this election. I'm appalled that women's rights are still and issue.

I respectfully disagree. If Roe vs. Wade could even be brought up as an issue, you have to wonder how many people feel the same way. It might seem improbable, but I don't think it's impossible.

This is not something I want to get into (because I like neither candidates and do not align with Dems or Repubs enough to identify as either), but I'm very pro-choice. I'm also pretty confident that Roe vs. Wade is not going to be overturned any time soon in this country, no matter what Republican candidates have to say to get the ultr-conservative vote. The issue that most Americans care about right now is the economy. I'm not saying the issue of abortion isn't important (it most certainly is), but I'm not worried about our rights being in danger. Politicians talk a lot because they have to. I've learned to tune out certain things that are likely not that much of an issue in favor of the larger problems that surely everyone will be focused on...like getting jobs.

I do agree that the economy is important, but I feel that honing in on one issue can leave us vulnerable to have the rug pulled out from under us and something that we thought would never happen could.

I'm glad Obama won
