My point was chilldils is sufficiently different from Xhale product that the question of whether it constitute patient infringement is not evident on its face to me, I need more detail. Adam himself admits they aren't identical products the two sleeves may be sufficiently different as for there to be no issue of infringement (or somewhere in the middle perhaps some elements infringe and others don't).

I'm certainly not a lawyer but my ex was a bit of an inventor. Any time he wanted to sell something new he created, he'd make sure, first, that there wasn't a patent on it. less
