Are students limited to just 2 free products? I haven't had the case where I requested more, but I guess I thought we could.

No...I was talking about the format of discussion. I think these go better when they are more free-form. This is a great group and I don't want to stifle people with too much structure.

I'm wondering this as well. But a few times now my students got one assignment and just stopped writing. That is my biggest pet peeve as a mentor- they just, stop. Then you never here from them again. I hate dropping so many people but when they sit there on my list for months with no activity it drives me crazy!

They get two <$30 or less products to review separately. I've never heard of anyone really going past that.

I second this too. Or maybe just revamping it a little more period. I also dislike when there is barely anything in them and they are so short, maybe bumping up the minimum a bit too.

I've had this happen, too. I wish there was something that could be done. Someone suggested requiring a CC be on file (I have no idea who or where this was said but props to you) so that if they don't fulfill their obligation of writing a review, they could be charged, and while I don't know that the idea is perfect I think that it would be a deterrent to people just saying "screw it" and leaving.)

I would prefer a mentor program anyway. I have always loved to write reviews on any product I get and the extra help would be great since I always love input and suggestions anyway.
