That's the hard part. First off, look at the brewery. Chances are that if you've never heard of the brewery, it has a chance to be decent. By that I mean that if it my a known "macrobrewery" like Coors, Miller, Michelob, Bud, etc., it's likely not to be good. If it is made by a microbrewery or somewhere in Europe, you've got a better chance of getting a good one. Brewpubs are a great place to try them as well. Try to see whether there is a beer-centric store in your area and ask them about good wheat or sour beers. they'll be able to point you in the right direction.

Well, getting good photos of people doing stupid shit while drinking it always fun....

Seriously, tho, pubs can be nice places to get good photos because of the care they put into making things look unique, "authentically" European, or just plain funky.
