Good advice. I have started to get there. Going back and reliving the experience with some of the toys has been very nice.

One more question Airen, were you raised to have such a beautiful disposition, or is it just your personal trait? There aren't many people that have your great qualities!

Very cool! I expect pictures when it is all in place and full of glorious glass.

Well when I wasn't here I was busy with the kids and playing MMORPGs which is our shared passion as a family. As it is I split my time with WOW which we play on a private server! I am also an ordained minister of Eclectic Wicca so I spend lots of time simply listening to people. If I hadn't chosen to make the EF community my life project I would probably be writing for the local college and their comparitive religions curriculum.

I believe in Fred's vision of a place where it's safe to be 'freaky, different and weird' or to be so normal you bore yourself! I love the exchange of ideas and the acceptance found here. I also like that we can disagree with civility and without hurt feelings.

That's really interesting.

Can you tell us more about your life with Wicca? I know I know virtually nothing about the religion at all.

As a part of the EdenTasks group... what can you recommend to newcomers? That is something I have been interested in doing for a while. Any advice?

From my life! My reviews are always a reflection of exactly how I feel about a product from the moment I order it to the time I sit down and write about it. Sometimes a product review just seems to write itself and I LOVE those times.

I have a very fine sense of the ridiculous and most often the submissions to the Lit Club stem from that. Five Words is a prime example of that....scrubbing a stone hippo, indeed!
I read a TON of erotica so I get ideas about how a story line could have been seen from a different angle, that sort of thing.
Sometimes it comes straight from my heart and is very powerful to me like this month's "Spring Begins in the Heart". It is both painful and pleasurable to share that with the community because I wrote that to Arch just a few months after I realized how deeply I loved him.

Airen... I noticed on your blog you state you are a lover of two. Can you explain this to us?

The most difficult thin gis the damn border between our countries. He's Canadian and we're American and we are NEVER supposed to meet let alone fall in love according to the border patrol! I mean we have NOTHING in common! *eye rolls*

I want us to be together but our Countries are determined we should be apart. I could divorce Sigel and marry him but then myself and our son have no health coverage...I hate that this is the deciding factor.

We are actually very well suited to each other in most other ways but sometimes I fear that this line in the sand might cost us everything. It's sucks knowing that some officious prick at the border hasd the say in whether we can be together but already they have denied Arch the right to travel...he might be a terrorist after all. The world has gone crazy!

To be honest being in a poly relationship isn't really harder than being monogamous...it's just more intense when you face problems. You have to deal with them the way you should deal with any family disputes!

I do not have any tatoos. The parlour that I was going to while I was in the market had a tatoo'er diagnosed with AIDS and a few of his clients tested positive as well. Now I know that more than likely he was sleeping with sid clients because I knew him quite well but the state shut them down and I haven't been to a tatoo artist since then. I would like a few small ones but I am also violently allergic to pain and quite the wuss when it comes to healing cuts.
This is subject to change as I get more comfortable in my skin so we'll see!

Oh wow, thank you for sharing- it has got to be awful for all you to go through it. I hope I didn't cause any pain in that question. I was hoping you were gonna say everything worked out and white horse, knight, fairy tale ending...

My thoughts are with you and hope that the two countries can get their priorities in the correct order, so that they stop causing such ridiculous pain

..you would be surprised, I thought I was going to be a huge baby about it, but most people say they get "tattoo highs" and the healing process isn't bad either.

It's scary that an artist was tattooing when he had AIDS :/

Ah, yes. More "tests" and "experiments" on the toy. I use that method as well.

Also, just out of curiosity, have you ever written reviews that did not get many "votes" at all-- and did you do anything to ... more
I've had a few reviews that were sort of overlooked but to be honest I write so prolifically that it's never bothered me. I don't tend to put my reviews in the spotlight or promote them and I've found that as time went on even the one or two that didn't get a lot of votes starting to pick them up later on as people went searching for products.

I hope this hasn't been asked already.. but Airen... what made you decide to review for Eden Fantasys?
Free toys! LOL I admit it...shame on me, right? I liked that people wanted my opinion and since I read up on toys heavily before I order them I liked the idea of being part of that process. Besides I knew I could rely on ME to be honest and objective! It all boils down to the feeling I got when I was admitted to the 'advanced reviewer' status. You have no idea how it boosted my self worth and made me feel like my words had value.

Lol Lots of work on myself and the school of hard knocks kinda ground off a lot os the rough edges. My father was a highly motivated and highly functioning alcoholic and my Mom has many problems emotionally as well so I learned at a very young age to sublimate any ideas and emotions that didn't fit in with their world view. When I moved out...and I had to run away from home at 18 TO move out, I began to unlearn what I had been taught about who and what I am.

I developed tolerance through my religious studies and through a genuine desire to understand what motivates people. I am becomeing comfortable in my skin and proud of who I am and this community is a major part of that. Discovering how much Sigel and I are alike and that I have the capacity to love many people has changed who I am and who I want to be.

I actively try to be gentle and kind though I can rip someone's head off just as quickly! I hide my insecurities and try to work through them all the time, though I am also willing to share them and talk about them openly as well. It's almost what you HAVE to do if you survive a horrible experience. Other PTSD sufferers know what I mean.

Thanks for the compliment though...I think you and Danelle are pretty keen too!
