Kristina's story is most definitely about a traditional sex game, and most definitely both hot and complex. Here's a bit shw wrote for me beforehand, just in case she coudn't be here--but I'm definitely glad she is!
"Seduction, if not sex, is a bit like a game, isn't it? The the parry and thrust of witty innuendo, the flash of a smile (or a thigh), the flex of a bicep, the twist in a lock of hair-- the body language of seduction says, "Here I am. Want to play?" If the answer is a resounding, "Yes!" from a worthy opponent, then the game is ON.
Finding (or interpreting) sexual innuendo in games makes for a fun game in itself. Charades, Spin the Bottle, 20 Questions, Never Have I Ever, Strip Poker... and those are just the obvious ones. Ever play Strip Chess with someone whose brain is as big as his or her libido? You should try it.
In my story, "Seven Minutes in Heaven," I took one of those party games from my awkward adolescence and spun it into a very hot sexual interlude. Whether the reader has ever played the game doesn't matter-- anyone can imagine what it would be like cooped up in a closet with another person. Imagine the possibilities of seven solitary minutes in a dark closet with the object of your lust. What would you do? The imagination runs away with possibilities. Seven minutes isn't very long at all, but it can be long enough, can't it?"
