I think that's a great idea! I tend to walk inside, so I'll try to incorporate more outdoor walking.

Well, I already walk about two miles in the mornings, so thats covered. But soon I will have to start on the wood pile. That always whips me into shape pretty quick. I have plenty to do if anyone want to come help.

I'm trying to to more pushups and situps to get prepared for my candy fotos. Does that count? I figure I'll continue that even after that photoshoot

Yeah... We have a great apartment, but we don't live in the best neighborhood, so I tend to do my walking/jogging on the treadmill. ^_^;

I used the 1.5 liter bottles that you can buy in grocery stores. I kept one with me at all times, and when it was empty moved to the next one.

There is even exercises you can do at your desk. If you google "Desk Workout" I'm sure you'll get a bunch

My husband and I went for a lot of walks last summer. It was really nice and I hope we can do it again this summer.

I do a workout at my desk about 3 times a week
