one of my favorite parts is when the mother is at the table with the son, the father, and edward and the father keeps blabbing away saying mostly inappropriate things, and the mother says 'can you pass the salt please honey?'

and he ignores her completely.

and she repeats it, just as gentle and sweetly as the first time.


it makes me kind of love her.


i personally would've been nice the first time, a bitch the second.

i admire her sweet naivety and good heart.
