This is an impossible decision. On one hand..you have bacon. BACON. On the other hand..sausage...I like sausage. Hmmm, if I had to choose, I'd have to pick bacon, because I use it more recipes.

I am assuming this questions is about breakfast sausage. There is a lot of great non-breakfast sausage that I love but for breakfast I want bacon.

Although ground sausage + cream cheese, rolled up in crescent rolls is to die for.
