I made brown rice with caulflower curried lentils with parshnip. It was actually pretty good.
Whats cooking tonight?

Last night made black bean veggie burgers with homemade vegan bacon... You can definitely tell it's not really bacon, but it's pretty damn good. Had sweet potato fries and homemade pickles on the side

Tonight I cooked partially from scratch. I decided I was craving fresh salad, chicken and alfredo.
So out came my favorite fry pan and I proceeded to prepare some chicken. Cut it into small pieces and fried it up with some EVOO at first. Added in fresh ground sea salt, fresh ground pepper supreme and some minced garlic. I wanted to add some more seasoning than just that so I raided the spices/herbs and found a 4 sampler pack of pasta seasonings I picked up from my work awhile back. I used Pesto and Robusto Italiano blends of spices/herbs to furthermore season the chicken. While that was cooking I had some fettuccine cooking in a pot with some EVOO added. Once both of these were done I added already made alfredo from a jar (All natural Newman's Own Garlic Alfredo). I honestly did not feel like making my own tonight.
As for the salad I bought some all natural/organic salad mix in a bag, added Texas toast croutons with an herb seasoning on them. Added some fresh grated parmesan along with a creamy parmesan salad dressing. As usual this is how I cook my meals, usually throw stuff together without following a recipe, use on average 50% natural ingredients or prepared from scratch, the other 50% is usually already made or pre-packaged product.
In any case, this meal really hit the spot tonight, now I can feel the food coma settling in and I'm sure I will pass out soon. I have a bad habit of talking about food a lot around people and it tends to annoy them because they get hungry less

Ok, I'm done shouting
I made a pasta bake with homemade herbed balsamic tomato sauce, ricotta, and cheddar.
Tomorrow I'm making salmon! I'm so excited; I love fish and I've never cooked salmon before! I'm torn between a sweet hoisin-ginger-miso glaze or a simple olive oil quick-cook.
