Thanks so much for coming to this meeting, everybody! And I'm already preparing for next month's meeting, which will feature a special Valentine's day shaped bread. I baked a few over the December holidays and everybody I shared a loaf with wanted to try making one too, so I hope you'll enjoy it also!

Awww thanks! I'm very happy I made it to the event! I have been taking notes and everything.

Sounds so delicious! The vegetarian friend? I really do vote for nice mushrooms. Straw mushrooms, I think they are called, do well in stir fry cooking.

Wood ear mushrooms are most commonly used in Asian dishes, if I recall correctly. They're usually shredded and dried.
