Thanks for coming!

I hope I did an okay job! I have never done this in the middle of a road trip before so I'm glad the mid-trip coffeeshop I had scoped out was exactly where the map said it would be so I could hang out with you all!

Orange ginger peach is also awesome. It's not a layered dessert, but it's the best jello I've ever made. It's just orange jello, instant ginger tea, and diced fresh peaches. Super easy, and great if you're craving something sweet and spicy.

You want to remove the label and place in a fairly deep pan so that the can is completely cover. I was told that there should be a few inches of water above the can. Then boil steadily for about 4 hours. Always check water level while doing it. If it gets low enough that the whole can is not covered the can may explode.

It is very, very dangerous. Most people use a pressure cooker to reduce the time and that's when accidents really happen.

Yes I know a lot of people who have done some careless things with pressure cookers no matter what they cook with them. I agree it is extremely dangerous so you really have to be careful.
