It's not bad.

I would prefer mint chocolate chip, though, if I had the choice. Plain peppermint is kind of boring; the chocolate gives me something to chew on.

It's not my favorite. Whenever I eat mint chocolate chip ice cream, the chips always have a hard, crunchy texture.
