Do you cook with tofu?

Not trying to argue about the studies, but I still believe phytoestrogen is the contributing factor that leads to man boobs.

I've never had tofu before. I don't know if it is something I would be willing to try though.

Oh nice I didn't know this and it had somewhat worried me....being a transguy, but either way I still eat tofu and drink soy milk because I can't help not to xD. I think the concentrations found in food are so minimal anyway they'd only have drastic effects if taken in large quantities consistently over time. Thanks for the info!

I'm always opened into cooking with tofu. Meatless products are tastier than what people think they are. But my boyfriend would not like it at all if I put tofu in his meals Lol.

Even though I'm not a vegan anymore I still eat tofu every once in a while. Its good stuff when done right.

I am so in love with tofu, but I cannot seem to stomach the stuff sold in the west. It tastes not so good.

I love using tofu skins in stir fries or in with thicker sauces. Mmmm.... m favourite is right after ... more
I agree with you on the flavor of some of the western stuff. I just bought some last week that is awfully... unique tasting, to put it nicely. The best tofu I've ever had is made locally by a tofu company run by Japanese foodies. Soooooo good, and very expensive. They sell a bunch of varieties and yuba and soymilk.

No! I can't stand most varieties of tofu and much prefer paneer.

I cook tofu often, usually extra firm in stirfrys or fried with orange sauce. I also substitute silken tofu into some desserts.
