I have this on a 15 inch king mattress.... but I'm just realizing that this thread is over a year old...

Oh well, for the next folks

Mine is on a queen, but there is plenty of strapping left over. I think it would fit a king. This system is very adjustable.

Haha, thanks to the person who said that it can be used on a college dorm bed. That's what I'm stuck with for now. I will definitely try this one out.

Well I guess since I wrote the review I could throw in my two cents, lol! We have only used it on our king size bed. We haven't had any trouble with the fit. I'm Only 5'2" so the straps are plenty long enough, and the Velcro is strong! The cuffs are almost long enough to wrap my wrists twice....
If you are havin trouble with the fit, maybe try bringing the straps up from the sides if you have them over the top, or vice-versa. Make it work!!!

I use this system on a king size mattress with no issues so far.

works great on our queen sized bed and I'm sure it would work fine on smaller. Not sure about larger.

I gave this as a gift to my boyfriend last year and we have used them on both sizes. They adjust to fit any bed, but they are much tighter on a king mattress. So if you're playing on a bigger bed be prepared to be truly restrained whereas on a smaller bed you can adjust them slightly so the person being restrained can still touch the other person. It all depends on what you're going for. Personally, I recommend full restraint so to answer your question, yes it is perfect for both.
