I've actually got a needle phobia so, no, no way, not under any circumstances. Though I can rationally understand why some people may like it, the main thing about a phobia is that it's irrational, so no, I can't fathom why someone would do it willingly for pleasure. ^^UU
Have you ever tried needle play or stapling?

Thanks for such a thoughtful post! It's important to respect others' kinks. We're all here because we're sex-positive, right? Right?

Yes, some people DO process certain types of pain, or as I prefer to call it "Intense Sensation" into an arousing experience. It may be partly due to experience, or it may be the way some people's neurological systems work. Intense sensation promotes the production of endorphins and adrenaline, while both contribute to enjoyment, pleasure as well as spur the memory of the events.
If you don't get off on Intense Sensation, you don't. Your neurology and experience don't work that way. That's OK. But, some people, many in fact, do. No reason to criticize.
My only caveat with needle play (which, although I personally enjoy many forms of intense sensation, is not one of my activities) is to keep everything very clean, preferably sterilized. It is difficult to sterilize staples, so keep that in mind. (the staples used in surgical procedures are autoclaved or come already autoclaved and sealed) A needle hole is a host to many pathogens, and pre and after care is a must for any type of play which breaks the skin. less

So very not interested. I remember seeing a couple of photos on Fet that just made me shudder. So, of course, I'll tell you about them! One was where the guy had his sac pinned to a piece of wood - 105 times! In others, the same man has dozens of little needles in his cock's head. That just put me off it entirely.

Never tried it, not interested. I'm not afraid of needles but I'm not turned on by them either.

I've had 'buttons' put on my chest. It's where someone takes three needles and puts one underneath the other and so on at different angles until your skin kinda sits up like a button.
Well, then people press it - cause it's a button!

not for me

Needles have always terrified me. I think I'd be slightly more okay with staples, but I don't know that I'd be able to do either one. I'm a chicken. >.<

People do that? No.. just no. Ouch.

Needles are my one FEAR!

too extreme for me!

I am not a fan of any kind of needles or skin piercing however as long as its between consenting adults and no one is permanently hurt then to each their own i guess.

Nope, never tried it.
