5X mini butterfly strap-on Butterfly strap-on vibrator discontinued

The 5X Mini Butterfly Strap-on is a toy with a lot of potential. I was very excited when I found out it was the first toy I would get the pleasure of reviewing. My mind started spinning with the possible ways it could be used. With two nubby sides of the butterfly to choose from there were plenty of options for stimulation. The 5 types of pulse vibrations were fun to play with and the highest speed was not loud enough to wake up anyone in another room, but in the end I still went back to the basic constant vibration; that worked best for me. The option I was looking forward to most was the strap-on ability of the toy because I thought this would be excellent for couples to use together. I was really excited about using it with my husband; we like to find toys that are fun for both of us. Or if using it by yourself, you could still use a dildo or another penetrating vibrator for extra stimulation. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The straps are indeed adjustable and would be great for anyone who was of average size or smaller. They would normally reach up to the tops of your thighs, leaving the butterfly nestled right over your clit. However, being of above average size (about a size 16/18) I found that the straps weren't comfortable and didn't quite leave the toy where it would be most effective. I couldn't imagine leaving it on long enough to have an orgasm. So, if you're a size 14 or smaller you could take advantage of the strap-on abilities; however, if you're a bigger girl those straps won't have any advantage for you; no matter how much you adjust them. I ended up using this toy as I would any other bullet style vibrator. It was great for clitoral play and certainly did the trick; I had a wonderful orgasm. I had fun playing with the 5 pulsating vibrations. Any woman who doesn't like the vibrations to be constant or direct will be likely to find a pulse that will work for her. I did like the easy access to the control buttons and the fact that there wasn't a controller with a cord sitting off to the side. If you do use this toy with a partner the lack of a cord eliminates the possibility of it getting tangled in limbs! The buttons to control the vibrations, both pulse and speed, are handy right there at the top of the butterfly (or on the bottom, depending on how you position it). Although I don't think this is one my partner and I will use together, it is fun for solo play. The vibrations are adjustable to anyone's preferences and the nubs on the butterfly add to the array of enjoyable sensations.
