My first thought when I saw the Acryl X Anal Arc was what a pretty adult toy is it. Out of the package, it feels sturdy and is pleasing to the touch. Anxious to see how it worked, my husband and I attempted to put the batteries into it... and failed miserably. We tried several different things but could not get it to work. There are no directions on the packaging past "insert batteries." Frustrated, we turned to our roommate. She looked the thing over and had it working in no time. Note for anyone buying this toy: The batteries go in with the positive side down, facing towards the shaft. And they will fit in there, just keep pushing them down. The size and shape of this probe is somewhat intimidating. When it actually came down to it, neither my husband nor I could accommodate the size of it anally. Not for lack of trying, but it was just too big. The vibrator head felt wonderful when pressed against the anus, but it wasn’t going in. One very nice aspect of the Acryl-x probe is that it vibrates the entire length of the sex toy. It can be pressed against several areas at the same time and still allows for the vibrating effect. You can also hold it against one spot and then put a finger against another spot while it vibrates the finger. We also used it as a vaginal toy and it was wonderful for that use. The head is a very nice shape for stroking and it is a good size for insertion. Obviously, the extreme curve will not allow for deep insertion but it feels very good none the less! This adult toy is most likely for the very experienced when it comes to being used anally. I would not recommend it for a novice. Its size and extreme curve is not for the faint hearted. But for a variety of play it is an excellent addition to any toy box. Its vibration is just the right intensity; the feel of it is very sensual, the balls and shaft allow for a nice variety of sensations. It comes with a sample of lube and toy cleanser; both worked very well. All in all, it was a fine experience, if a touch too intense when used for its stated purpose.
