Within 30 days from the date of receipt:

Defective items

- will be replaced. A prepaid return label will be provided.

Unwanted items

- that have been opened can not be returned.

- that have not been opened can be returned for store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Undeliverable or packages returned to sender

- Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Warranty

- EdenFantasys products carry a 90 day warranty, so if your item breaks within that time - please contact us for a replacement.
- Other branded products may carry a warranty from the manufacturer and are not covered by the EdenFantasys warranty.
