Okay, we've brought you quite a few stories about methheads and the silliness they get up to with getting inappropriately naked and such. Apparently this drug makes a person either really horny or really annoyed with their clothing. But this next guy? We're thinking he needs to do more than just step away from the pipe.

In Council Bluffs, Iowa, a 30-year-old man named Gerardo Martinez was charged with animal torture, bestiality and indecent exposure. Neighbors say he went to the window, exposed himself and then threw a cat out the window. But the tale gets even worse.

When police knocked on the door of the seventh-floor apartment, Martinez initially said he didn't have a cat. Then he told them his boyfriend threw the cat out his window and left. But when the police suggested that maybe the cat had been thrown out after his boyfriend left, Martinez spilled the beans. First he tried to have sex with the cat. When that didn't work, naturally, Martinez blamed the cat. So he chucked the cat and an adult DVD out the window. Sounds like the best way to deal with that situation to us.
