Whatever Kyle Richards does, he seems to like to do it a lot.
Richards, 21, who pleaded guilty to bank robbery charges last week, has filed a civil rights lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Detroit, because, he says, he has chronic masturbation syndrome and can’t get porn (among other things) in the Macomb County Jail where he’s being held. The problem is that, as Gawker points out, he also seems to be a chronic lawsuit filer.
The Detroit News reported yesterday that “the five-page, handwritten lawsuit,” is latest “in a string of complaints” filed by Richards since last year and that federal judges have dismissed more than three of the other cases as frivolous.
That’s a problem for Richards because “A federal judge simply can dismiss a case if the court tossed that inmate’s previous lawsuit because they were frivolous, malicious or failed to state a claim,” the News reported. Another problem: Richards didn’t name the county in his suit— he named the state— and the state does allow inmates Playboy and Penthouse. So he may have a losing hand.
And yet, his day may come. Gawker points out that Richards, as a bank robber with a prior record, could end up serving his sentence in the state pen which allows the aforementioned mags. Though we wonder if that will be enough to get him off, since in his lawsuit, according to the News, he mentions that he's a pedophile.
Whacked.

Here is an idea. Don't rob banks, don't land yourself in prison and you can be free to have all the porn you want in the freeworld. Its an easy enough concept, don't break the law and you get all the luxieries in life that law abiding citzens get i.e. porn. Duh.
