So we think that there is a certain way that one should look or wear during the heat of summertime, unfortunately that idea of what society has burnt into our minds doesn't necessarily work for everyone. It shouldn't matter what everyone else may think about you and what you wear, you've got to accept the fact that you won't be everyone's "cup of tea" per say. Some may enjoy your sense of style while some may not. I think that you should do whatever makes you feel comfortable about yourself. Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) has their own list of insecurities about themselves no matter who they are or what they look like. I myself have my own, having a very pale complexion and never being able to tan in the summertime used to make me uncomfortable due to having so much skin showing. But instead of worrying about what others may have to think or say, I choose to be comfortable and ignore the others who have this unrealistic thought of what perfect should be. Be you, there's gonna be judgment no matter what you may do.
