There are many reasons why our breasts may sag. Weight loss and weight gain can definitely cause some sagging in the breast area. Our skin stretches from the extra weight gain, then when we lose it, the damage has already been done and the skin doesn't just snap back. Sagging breasts are also a common worry for mothers who breastfeed and is unfortunately a consequence. When our breasts fill up with milk, just like with weight gain, the skin expands to accommodate the extra weight until our milk supply dries up. Smokers may also see sagging in their breasts. Smoking damages our skin's elasticity which prevents our breasts from being the perkiest. Fortunately, there are several actions we can take to prevent and combat sagging breasts.
Exercising the muscle under our breasts can add some lift. Though it may not directly help with the breast, the muscle does push out the breast tissue and make them look perky. Doing exercises like push-ups and weight training can firm the muscle and improve the overall look of our breasts. Exercising is a lifestyle change. If we start to exercise that muscle, achieve the look we wanted, then stopped, we would get right back to where we began. So before considering exercising for reduction of breast sag, we must consider workouts as an ongoing adventure, not a part time endeavor.
Like I said a moment ago, smoking is damaging to our breasts. Not only is smoking extremely harmful to our health, but it is really damaging to our skin. It would be futile to try to improve the look of our breasts and continue to smoke. Even if you chose to go under the knife, lifestyle changes would need to be introduced in order to maintain them.
With medical operations such as implants and the breast lift so easily available, we don't really consider what measures we can take without going under the knife. A surgical modification of the breast is not a permanent resolution. In order to keep our girls perky, we have to be healthy, exercise, and may even need follow up procedures in the future, or lift back. Not everyone can get their breasts under control without having surgery but taking these steps can improve the overall quality of our breasts.
Having a surgical procedure like the breast lift has many risks and should be carefully researched before jumping onto the operating table. We must assess the possible outcomes and make sure we know what we're doing because in the end we are truly liable for the outcome and the maintenance. We must also ensure to make our decisions because of our own desires, not because of pressure from society or a loved one.
A breast lift, whether done with the aide of surgery or through exercise, is something that needs to be measured by benefits, risks, and determination. If achieving a nice pair is something that you truly desire, you must first make a rational decision and follow through with the necessary rituals to maintain the hard work you (or your surgeons) have done.
